The A96G150 is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with a maximum of 64 Kbytes of Flash memory. This powerful microcontroller provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution for a wide range of embedded control applications. The product offers the following features : 64 Kbytes of Flash, 256 Bytes of iRAM, 2304 Bytes of xRAM, 2Kbytes of Data EEPROM, general purpose I/O, basic interval timer, WDT, 8/16-bit timer/counter, 16-bit PPG output, 8-bit PWM output, 16-bit PWM output, watch timer, buzzer driving port, USI, USART, 12-bit ADC, on-chip POR, LVR, LVI, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. The A96G150 also supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
